Shipping policy

Delivery

We will only ship within New Zealand. International shipping will only be considered by prior arrangement

We will ship out goods only once your payment has cleared and is showing in our account, using the shipping options on our Freight page. If your address should show as a Rural Delivery with our local Courier, then we will make contact with you to discuss freight charges.

Delivery is made via tracked courier and so a physical address is required. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes unless prior arrangement is made and agreeable with us first and foremost.
