Energy—an omnipresent force that exists in every corner of our universe. It courses through the veins of the simplest insect, flows through towering trees and delicate flowers, and resides within every cell of
our bodies. From the earth we walk upon to the celestial stars that light up
the night sky, energy is the heartbeat of existence. It is the rustle in the
leaves, the ripple of water, the steadfastness of rocks, and the shimmering allure of crystals. Even the chair you sit on, seemingly inert, is composed of energy. In essence, everything is energy, and energy is everything.

Energy is not merely a scientific principle or a physical resource—it is the essence of existence. It is the spark that ignites life, the force that drives the universe, and the magic that inspires and heals. From the
smallest insect to the stars above, energy is everything and everywhere. It invites us to marvel at the interconnectedness of all things and to live with gratitude for the vibrant world we inhabit.

Energy Works harnesses energy to achieve balance and harmony for healing at all levels: the physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual. Everyone has the capability and right to heal, and Energy Works can help with this.

Walking by the ocean, in our splendid forest and native environment, or simply 'being' can have a therapeutic effect. Healing does not need to be complex. My principle in all facets of life is to "keep it simple". Life inherently contains enough complexities. This is something I excel at on occasion.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Jeanne; she has helped two of our horses, one a show jumper with head flicking and the other a racehorse which had a bad paddock accident and could not walk in behind without falling over.
